1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the winphp online gaming platform, accessible at winphp.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by winphp, a duly licensed operator under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

By accessing the Platform, creating a winphp account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through winphp, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with winphp's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the winphp Platform regardless of location, provided that access to and use of the Platform is not prohibited under the laws of the user's jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of winphp is lawful in their respective jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active winphp account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
3. You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
4. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory authority;
5. You are opening and maintaining the account on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party;
6. You do not hold a current employment position with winphp, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or licensed game providers; and
7. You are not acting in collusion with any other Player or third party for the purpose of defrauding winphp or any other Player on the Platform.

winphp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm compliance with the above requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the winphp Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts associated with the same person — identified by matching identity documents, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of account registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. winphp will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winphp login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. winphp will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify winphp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — remains your responsibility until winphp receives written notice of unauthorised access and takes action to secure your account.

3.3 One Account per Player

Where winphp identifies that a Player has registered multiple accounts, winphp reserves the right to: (a) close all duplicate accounts; (b) void any bets or game results associated with duplicate accounts; (c) confiscate any bonus funds, free bets, or winnings derived from bonuses across duplicate accounts; and (d) report the matter to PAGCOR where required by its licensing conditions.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, winphp is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal of funds. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You agree to provide winphp with any documentation reasonably requested for KYC purposes, which may include but is not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification (e.g., Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth Card, Voter's ID, UMID, or National ID);
• Proof of registered address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya registered name and number); and
• Any additional documentation winphp or PAGCOR deems necessary for compliance purposes.

winphp reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, suspend an account, or request additional documentation at any time during the account's lifecycle if compliance requirements demand it. KYC verification does not affect your ability to play, only your ability to withdraw funds until verification is complete.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on the winphp Platform are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). winphp accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit and are subject to change.

Deposits made using e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) are credited to the Player's winphp balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the Player's financial institution.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. winphp processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya accounts registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawal processing times are typically 5–10 minutes for verified e-wallet withdrawals, subject to the volume of requests and any additional verification requirements. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed in the Cashier section. winphp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Currency

The winphp Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. There are no currency conversion fees on the Platform. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are expressed and settled in PHP.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

winphp may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the stated qualifying criteria at the time the bonus is claimed;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms, accessible within the winphp Promotions section;
• winphp reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with any such changes communicated to affected Players where practicable;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, or collusion with other Players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related balances and may result in account closure;
• Only one bonus may be active on a winphp account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the winphp Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, bingo, fishing games, card games, and sportsbook betting — are operated in accordance with their published rules. winphp does not determine game outcomes; all random outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by winphp's licensed game provider partners, independently audited for fairness.

Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by human croupiers in licensed studio environments and are subject to the same regulatory oversight as land-based casino table games operating under PAGCOR authority.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet, winphp will apply the following resolution policy: (a) if the outcome of the affected round can be unambiguously determined from available records, the outcome will stand; (b) if the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. The decision of winphp in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 14.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and RNG table games are published by the respective game providers and reflect theoretical long-run return values. Actual results within any given session will vary. Live dealer RTP values are determined by the mathematical rules of the respective game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winphp Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during account registration, verification, or the bonus claims process;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity in contravention of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software for personal gain, without having first reported the vulnerability to winphp;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to use your winphp account or conducting activity on behalf of any third party;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward winphp staff or other Platform users.

9. Responsible Gaming

winphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated directly from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your winphp account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your current session duration and net result;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards, winphp enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and will never market its services to minors. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tools described above and to seek assistance from appropriate support services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winphp Platform — including but not limited to the winphp brand name, logo, domain, game assets, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of winphp or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes consistent with these Terms. No content from the winphp Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, adapted, published, or commercially exploited in any form without the prior written consent of winphp.

11. Privacy & Data

winphp collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the winphp Privacy Policy.

winphp processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Personal data collected during account registration, KYC verification, transactions, and Platform use is processed for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and (where you have consented) marketing communications.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by winphp, subject to winphp's legal obligations to retain records as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. Requests relating to your personal data may be submitted to [email protected].

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winphp and its officers, directors, employees, and licensed game provider partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses incurred through normal Platform use;
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond winphp's reasonable control;
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected in accordance with Section 7;
• Loss of data arising from technical faults, subject to winphp's reasonable data recovery procedures;
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits winphp's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by winphp's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

winphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to have occurred;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• Closure is required for regulatory compliance or in response to a directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Where an account is closed by winphp for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the Player, any genuine account balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and pending investigations will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winphp support. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within 48 hours. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the first instance, Players are encouraged to resolve any complaints by contacting winphp customer support at [email protected]. winphp will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player dispute resolution process in accordance with winphp's obligations under its PAGCOR licence. The decision of PAGCOR in any such dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

15. Amendments

winphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winphp will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email, Platform notification, or a prominent notice on the winphp homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the winphp Platform after the effective date of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The current version of these Terms, with the date of last revision, is always accessible from the footer of the winphp Platform.
